Final Sale

All items are made to order. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for production.

All sales are final sale. We print each item individually, therefore we cannot accept any returns. 

If your issue is related to the garment (i.e. damaged in shipping, misprinted, etc.) we are happy to issue you a full refund to your payment method on file set up a replacement. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email us at emotionalsupport@emotionalclub.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost items

In the instance your package was lost or damaged via the courier service, please contact emotionalsupport@emotionalclub.com and we will open up an inquiry with the shipment provider.
